La posizione privilegiata consente di raggiungere a piedi, con piacevoli passeggiate, siti di primario interesse turistico/culturale (chiese, musei, etc) oltre a qualsiasi servizio come l'ufficio postale, internet-point, banche, supermercati, pizzerie, tintorie, ristoranti, bar, cinema, mercato all'aperto.
IL B&B si trova al primo piano con ascensore di un delizioso stabile d'epoca, stile Umbertino. Di circa 100 mq, è stato recentemente restaurato e finemente arredato con gusto e particolare cura nei dettagli. A disposizione degli ospiti DUE AMPIE CAMERE MATRIMONIALI, luminose, silenziose e molto accoglienti, dotate di ogni comfort a cui si possono aggiungere uno o due letti. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e può essere utilizzata su richiesta con un piccolo costo aggiuntivo. Nel salone, spazioso e moderno, potrete trascorrere piacevoli momenti di relax leggendo un libro, ascoltando musica o guardando la televisione. Si effettua il servizio di prima colazione con latte, caffè, thè, cioccolato, torte e cornetti, burro, pane, biscotti, marmellate, succhi di frutta e yogurt. L'ampio bagno è con doccia ed è in comune solo per le due camere. Il nostro B&B è davvero l'ideale per chi ama un' atmosfera semplice, familiare, calda e rilassata.

This excellent B&B is located in the residential area Prati in the heart of the Eternal Town, in via dei Gracchi n. 56, at few steps from St. Peter Square, Vatican Museums, St. Angel Castle and from the historical centre. Its position is at an agreeable walking distance from the main sites of touring and cultural interest (churches, museums, etc.) as far as any other services area as Poste Office, Internet Point, Banks, Super Markets, Pizza Restaurants, dry cleanings, Restaurants, Coffee Bar, cinema, open markets. The B&B is at the first floor with lift of a delicious period building, Umbertino style. This 100 sqm flat has been recently restored, it is finely furnished and all details were carefully planned. At guests disposal 2 wide, bright, silent and comfortable rooms: Micky's House 1 is a double bed room where it's possible to add a single bed, while Micky's House 2 is a double bed room with a single bed where it's possible to add a 4th bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and it can be used on request at a small additional cost. Breakfast is served in the large and modern living room: milk, coffee, tea, chocolate, cakes, brioches, butter, bread, cookies, jam, fruit juces and yogurt. The wide bath room with shower is shared only by the two rooms. It's the ideal accommodation for those who love a simple, homely, warm and relaxing atmosphere.
